you can either mark the word as deleted and added:
<l>A <del>word</del> written in the first line</l>
<l>to be moved to another line: <add>word</add></l>
or you can mark this alteration as a transposition:
<l>A <seg xml:id="word">word</seg> written in the first line</l>
<l>to be moved to another line: <anchor xml:id="newplace"/></l>
