Agreed...helmets are essential and should be worn at all times. Know of
local courier and bicycle racer who just died from a head injury and was
not wearing his helmet. Tragic given he was 27 years old and would still
be here today if he had worn a helmet!! To underscore the point, it was a
very minor fall after colliding with jaywalking pedestrian on the
street....hit his head; coma and died from TBI.
