However, it is a shame that `<exemplum>` can only be used inside *Spec
elements: `<attDef>`, `<elementSpec>` and so on. Quite often, one has
the need to provide detailed examples during the introductory part of a
guidelines. This need arises also in the TEI guidelines, which are
interspersed with `<egXML>` and related `<figure>`/`<graphic>` elements .
Would it be possible to make `<exemplum>` a normal block element that
can be used in the content model of, for example, `<div>` blocks?
