The only adjective sense of "bear" Bee can think of is "pertaining to
bears," e.g. "bear cub", "bear hunting" etc. Do you mean "verb" and
if so, is this "hold, possess, have" bear or "tolerate, put up with"
bear or "be pregnant and give birth" bear? Given the context of
freedom and rights, Bee is guessing the first of those.
