High flow nasal cannula (HFNC) use in the pediatric population continues to increase since its introduction. However, despite its popularity, there are no clear established guidelines for initiating HFNC, evaluating effectiveness using objective measures, or weaning HFNC.
The purpose of this survey is to look at the potential practice variation on HFNC usage across different hospitals in the nation. Feedback from this survey will help us identify the key factors that impact facilities’ decisions on HFNC utilization.
This survey should take approximately 5 minutes to complete. All survey responses are confidential, and participation is entirely voluntary.
Everyone will have the option of entering a raffle for 1 of 4 $100 Visa gift cards. Participants are not required to complete the survey to win. Please complete the survey by end of day on December 1, 2017.
Please contact Amy Cheng if you have any questions about this survey at [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]> or 615-481-7074.
Thank you in advance for your participation.
