Well, Lou and I should check with the work group to make sure we're
not missing something subtle, but it looks to me like you've earned
your dollar. The closest thing to subtlety we could remember or
invent, trying to save our dollars, was a claim that the HAND attribute
on the HAND element was CDATA so that encoders didn't have to use
ID/IDREF matching if they didn't want to. But if so, the DTD as
published is still buggy and we still owe you a dollar for this one.
Unless Peter Robinson can save us the money? (We'll give you thirty
cents of the dollar if you can get us out of this one, Peter.)
