I suture them all.
Exception are partial thickness or very small( < 5 mm) non-gaping lacs.
Skin thickness and venous hydrostatic pressure (?) makes wound healing
slower ( sutures are removed 12-14 days), therefore, I do not see logical
reasons for not to use primary closure on FRESH foot lacs.
