If you have or are willing to get hold of the Oxford Electronic
Text's electronic edition of the Wells and Taylor Shakespeare, I have a
script which converts the COCOA markup into TEI lite-conformant SGML.
Requires Perl 5.0; works on Unix, probably on the PC, no way on the Mac.
Also works for other COCOA-encoded OET editions, like the Jane Austen.
