The Division of Emergency Medicine, Department of Pediatrics at Emory
University and Egleston Pediatric Group has an opening for a BC/BE
Pediatric Emergency Medicine physician.
Clinical services are provided at two of Atlanta's children's hospitals:
Egleston Children's Hospital at Emory University, is a Pediatric Critical
Care and Trauma Center with a referral base covering the entire
southeastern US; Hughes Spalding Children's Hospital is the free-standing
tertiary care center of the Grady Health Care System. There are over
80,000 visits/year between the two centers.
Division members participate in the teaching of students, residents and
community physicians. There is a PEM fellowship that currently has one
fellow/year. Research opportunities extend beyond the Division to projects
with the CDC, Rollins School of Public Health and the Marcus Center, to
name a few.
