my fellow (non net connected) emergency physician in the department is
involved in ongoing education of primary care providers and has asked me to
get some responses to the question
where and when do you use adrenaline via nebuliser in the treatment of an
acute asthma attack?
anecdotes welcome(although we know that the plural is not data)
bear in mind taht in on 24 hour period last year we saw 225 cases of asthma
as a primary presentation with 36 needing admission,2 requiring intubation
It seems that the use in the wider community may be wider than we first
looking forward to the response(privately or list)
