I second Mike's comments.
It is disappointing to see such a discussion among colleagues.
Yep, I've seen some very good and some very bad care rendered by
physicians in both camps. I'm sure I've been guilty of some of both in my
time. We are able to exercise good judgement when we have experience,
unfortunately, experience is often born of bad judgement.
Lets focus our attention on areas of common interest, like insuring good,
available emergency care for all.
