I think I may still have a copy of this; if anyone wants it I can look
for it. I have a perl script to go from Author/Editor to Panorama
style sheets I think too, although it doesn't handle context sensitive
styles unfortunately. (I just looked for it and can't find it, though)

You can do a lot with "text before" and with tables.
