Vasiliy,

please fix your mail program. The LEFT SINGLE QUOTATION MARK character
is not part of ISO 8859-1 (but is in Microsoft code page 1252).

In my mailer it shows as \221, in Netscape on anything but Windows it
will probably show as ?. (Gates only knows what it shows as in
Internet Explorer on Solaris, if anybody ever manages to make it run).

For further reference, here are all the characters that MS programs
will knowingly lie about, telling you they are in ISO Latin-1:
