Paulí Edsoní nathsakwish: >The question, part 3: How many here have used tone for their >languages, and in what ways? I wasn't very creative with my tone languages and used a high tone on the stressed syllable in Sturnan and Runda. (Both have two tones only.) I may be more inventive with Hansu, but I won't be doing more than two tones with it in any case. As time goes on, I learn a little bit more, and with every new aspect I can change, I want to make a slightly more complex language. It's a bear for me to write in Hansu, it being ergative and having thirteen cases, but I like the language.
