Just a suggestion from a not-very-big fan of X-SAMPA-- I think it would be enough to simply put the XSAMPA versions in parens next to your IPA. As I recall, the equivalents will be fairly straightforward and minimally cluttered up with some of the diacritic additions that XS uses. Personally I find XS ugly, messy and quite often confusing, but it's a necessary evil and will at least benefit those whose browsers can't display IPA. I'm not sure whether a speech program like Trebor's can make much more sense of XS strings. > I have also decided to add > sound files (in .wav format) to my website sometime in the next month or > two, so that readers can hear the various example sentences pronounced. > Fabulous!
