AFMOC Sohlob has developed its (optional) plural marker
from a clitic word meaning 'many'. It still has a tinge
of collective meaning, so that _heleng_ means 'a group
of cities', while 'cities in general' uses the "uninflected"
form _hel_. By contrast 'one/some/a certain city' would
be expressed by _hehleh_, where the clitic _-heh_ is
actually derived from the numeral 'one'.
