Unconventional pronoun system... hmmm... well, I don't know how
"unconventional" it is, but there's one for a present project of mine. The
pronominal stems for the most part follow the standard IE number of 6,
except there are two sets of 3p pronouns: one set for humans, one set for
non-humans. This was inspired by the Japanese use of "iru" and "aru"
(existential verbs, the first used for humans and animals--essentially
animate subjects, and the second used for inanimate subjects).

So, as of the present:

1sg: m-, 1pl: n-
2sg: t-, 2pl: w-
3sg human: l-, 3pl human: j-
3sg non-human: k-, 2pl non-human: tS-
