Are you clear on the difference between phonetic notation (in brackets) and
phonemic notation (in slashes)?

Anyway, that's one of them points of disagreement wrt the phonology of Modern
Standard High German. Simply stating your opinion as a fact isn't gonna
convince anyone (well, except them ignorants, but they don't count, do they? ;)
