Phoenix Children’s Hospital


The Phoenix Children’s Hospital, the state of Arizona’s only Children’s 
Hospital, is recruiting 1 to 2 physicians who are board eligible / 
certified in Pediatric Emergency Medicine to join its existing 10 member 
group.  The positions will involve clinical care, teaching of fellows, 
residents and medical students, and administrative responsibilities if so 
desired. Faculty appointment and salary will be commensurate with previous 
experience.  All members of the division are hospital employees with 
excellent benefits and a structured incentive compensation plan.  

Phoenix Children’s Hospital is a beautiful, free standing, easily 
accessible, 300 bed children’s hospital in the heart of central Phoenix.  
The newly-designed, state-of- the-art, 30 bed Emergency Department is 
composed of acute, observation and fast track areas.  The department’s 2005 
volume will be 55,000 to 60,000.  An accredited fellowship began July, 
2004.  PCH is an academic affiliate of the University of Arizona.
