I'll have to confess that I seem to be just as dense.
;-) Is there some good reason for having two counting
systems, one for octal and one for decimal? In English
we normally use special numerals, i.e. A, B, C, to
make up for the missing numerals, but we don't have a
totally different system for counting in different
bases. Is there something I'm missing?
