In general, only common words tend to have irregular inflections, so
taking a list of the most common words in a given language (there
should be several for various English-language corpora, for example)
and taking all the verbs should give you some ideas.

Off the top of my head, "be, have, go, come, do" could be popular
candidates. Possibly also "eat, drink, see, read, write, know, want,
think".

Personal pronouns? (For example, they have retained an objective case
separate from subjective in English, unlike common nouns.)
