That was an interesting idea. I suppose -teen must come from OG - 
tehund or -te:hund, so perhaps we could assume an -ahtaud, giving OE - 
eahtad, perhaps. Not sure what this would make in modern English  
though. Perhaps /-eid/ or even /-ei/.
