That seriously rocks.  I had looked up JSTOR subscribing institutions
in PA, NJ, DE and MD without finding any public libraries, but I never
thought to try MN!

Dang, Minnesota has a serious library system.  (Also was tickled to see
that the other languages they cater to include Hmoob - aka Hmong; the
spelling conventions for that one are interesting and perhaps unique!)
