Longrimol sometimes uses contractions with prepositions and definite articles. Most common case is with dative preposition "am", for example, "to the man"-"am i endan" becomes "av endan".  

Basically, every preposition that ends with a sound that can be lenited can be contracted with the definite article "i". The article is attached the the preposition (am+i=ami) and then the last sound is lenited and the lenition trigger "i" disappears (ami>>av).
