I find this interesting, since bookglutton exposes ebooks through a flash based interface which appears to break relative links and xpath between the the XHTML files in the zip file. Absolute links being impossible, of course, since the ebook packager doesn't know the destination URL. [If anyone has got relative links to work in bookglutton, I'd love to hear about it]

Sites such as bookworm (http://bookworm.oreilly.com/ / http://code.google.com/p/threepress/) seems to do a significantly better job of getting things right, in my experience.
