In Kibu"lvin'
 http://www.superlush.co.uk/~akana/index.php/Kib%C3%BCl%CA%8Ci%E1%B9%85 ,
which I've just been making for the Akana project, as an effect of a
sweeping expansion of the employment of the ancestral applicative system I
decided that at one point adpositional phrases modifying _verb_ phrases
became forbidden, at which point they could only modify noun phrases. In
contemporaneous Kib. adpositional phrases modifying verbs are again allowed
but they require the suffix [-mV:] on the postposition; this [mV:] was
formerly a topic marker, and these adverbial phrases historically topics.
