You can expect about a 20 to 30 % decrease in speed initially.  The more tech savvy user will adapt rapidly and get back to normal speed in about 2-3 weeks if full- time.  The more technologically challenged will take 6 or more weeks.  You will probably never be faster but should get to previous efficiency levels.  Upside is legibility and pharmacy/ lab interfacing.  Having "superusers" and training are essential.
