I don't think I've seen "overview" used as a verb -- it's normally a
noun, the object of a verb like "give" or "do": "We'll do an overview
of it", "Give it an overview," etc.  "To oversee", though, is a
somewhat archaic synonym for "to supervise" or "to manage".
