I knew a Cree once, back in the 90s when the interweb thingy was just starting up; his name was Netawigaabo. At need, he said, he just repeated the name in both fields. 

Mind you, I live in Ireland. We have no post-codes. It's always a guess what to put in (0, n/a, IRL) to a field demanding one.
