Vielleicht gibt es eine Meinungsverschiedenheit über die
Angelegenheit. (Warning! Product of Google translator, and not real
German.)

I recall from my high school German 47 years ago that "es gibt" was
more or less the same as "there is" in English or "hay" in Spanish.
