Yes, in Belgium and Switzerland they have other systems, while the French one is shared partly by Danish and Basque (this must be a legacy of the bell beakers...)

The medical case the video refers to seems to be the one that happened in the south of my region : indeed, there was no translation at all (and sometimes, in this part of the region, one gets the impression that even French is a foreign language ;-))

Another important issue is about time (hours); that's why the Sambahsa system is simple; 9:06 = nev saat six.
