You are invited to participate in the survey called "Metadata Practices in Digital Scholarship”. This survey is designed to gather information on metadata practices at academic, public and other libraries in relation to digital scholarship. This includes metadata planning, creation, controlled vocabularies, metadata standards/schemas, reference or consultation. The survey has a particular emphasis on metadata reference and consultation services. Participation is voluntary and you may withdraw from the survey at any time. All responses are anonymous. No names or institution affiliations will be asked.

The survey should take approximately 30 min. to complete. If you have questions about this survey, please contact Jennifer Eustis at [log in to unmask]. This survey will close on March 31, 2014.
