{lo} - particle: verb-to-noun converter.
{dei} - pronoun: this sentence.
{papri} - verb: x1 is a page of book or document x2
{cu} - particle: predicate clause tail begins
{te zu'e} - adverb/preposition: intentionally; with the goal ...
{kunti} - verb: x1 is empty of x2

of-this-sentence page intentionally is/was/will_be-empty.

Actually {cu} is superfluous here. I retained it as it's usually done for
newbies to show the structure of sentences better.
