32nd Pediatric Emergency Medicine in Historic Philadelphia

CME Course held at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia

November 4 - 7, 2015


Our annual PEM CME Course will be offered this November on the campus of The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Instruction and learning through lectures, small group sessions and hands-on participation in high fidelity simulations in the ED setting will facilitate extensive interaction with our faculty. Break out groups will emphasize knowledge and skills applicable to participants' individual practice settings (Primary Care Office, Urgent Care and ED Tracks offered).


Grand Rounds presentation on Wednesday morning by Dr. Patricia O'Malley of the Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School: "Jacks of a New Trade: Mastering Primary Palliative Care Skills in the Emergency Department"


Social events include a welcome reception on Wednesday as well as a tour of the Mutter Museum of the Philadelphia College of Physicians during lunch on Thursday.
