Interresting.
In Czech, there are two counting-out games starting with such nonsense 
words:
Ententýky ...
Enyky benyky kliky bé ...

So "En ten týky" could be cognate with "Yan tan tethera",
and "Enyky benyky kliky bé" with "Eeny, meeny, miny, moe", as well as 
with German "Ene, mene, m*..."
(having many variants "Ene dene d*...", "Enzele zenzele zizele zäh")...
