Even though Jarda isn't the prettiest language, it doesn't sound half
bad when sung by DEX.

Lê xôlurŏl (Devoted to each other)
Translation of "Somos Novios" by Armando Manzanero

(Note: the Jarda word "xôlurŏl", glossed as "lovers", is derived from
the word "lur" meaning "devoted or faithful to", and means more or less
"ones who are devoted to each other".)

Lê xôlurŏl, deg zŭ glôv ṛalnênṛa tôs poź nŏ lê bluğê.
We’re lovers, for we both feel deep love in harmony.

Au têlta, keṛ sjaṛ sķeṛa mŭ stilö bim nülzêm vluğê.
And with that, we acquire something most valuable in this world.

Ri ķa tôs xô, ņen sķeṛa xô źê xôlurŏl.
We love each other, we kiss each other as faithful lovers.

Kjêm sķeṛa xô au ģŭbvo kiļ,
We desire each other, and at any moment,

vama ṛôl, vama degŏl, swigṛö sķeṛa xô.
without reason, without cause, we make each other angry.

Lê xôlurŏl, zri xü sķeṛa juļed ğilaj vêm au śu mim.
We’re lovers, we preserve well one affection clean and remaining pure.

Kü źê sjulnên, rôkrô sķeṛa nô ķa ģŭb sel ģaðada bim.
And like everyone, we seek for the particular moment of most darkness.

Znib gṛêśvi xô,
So that we discuss with each other,

znib zulki xô têlfê ņenis sŭ nŏ śarbim,
so that we give each other that sweetest kiss of one’s own,

au łos sô lê ķa stôn nijê ka sulkim.
and remember what is the color that the jewelfruit have.

vama möğļed ņağis ðamê, lê xôlurŏl.
without any further explanation, we’re lovers.

Lul xôlurŏl, büz xôlurŏl, lê xôlurŏl.
Just lovers, always lovers, we’re lovers.
