LET (Lidocaine-Epinephrine-Tetracaine) gel is usually prepared in compounding pharmacies (or hospital pharmacy). I'm trying to help out an urgent care center that has been using it for years, but their compounding pharmacy is no longer willing to sell it "in bulk," instead requiring an individual script for each patient (obviously not practical).

Other than affiliating with a local hospital pharmacy, is anyone aware of any other commercial alternatives?

Thanks, Emory
