Actually, I've now come up with a longer string that contains SEVEN prepositions and is more semantically coherent.  Imagine the owner of a basement nightclub standing on the sidewalk outside, above the club entrance with a friend.  The owner asks his friend to accompany him to his office down inside the club, where once inside, they'll have to proceed up a stairway leading to a long hallway at the end of which is his office:

"Come on down inside up along through to the back"
