Question again:

Anyone associated with an Peds ED or Urgent Care that only has resident
coverage? ie no attending coverage most of the time. Attendings available
by telephone but not in-house??

What are these ED's or Urgent Care's going to do when the Peds RRC
requirements start in 1997 that state there must be on-site attending
coverage for residents when they are on their Emergency or Urgent Care
rotations??

I really could use some advice on how other ED's tackle this problem.
