in fact, it's the Davenport Group.  On the issue at hand, and as I
wrote to the original poster (on TEI's utility for journals), most
of Docbook's publication metadata came from Majour, which Lou cites,
although it has been renamed and modified a bit; a Docbook Book
consisting of Articles might work for a journal, but I don't know
if anyone's tried it.  (If you have, and have encountered problems,
please let me know.)
