While my terminal program allows me to SEE the umlauted u that Ken wrote
in his contribution, I cannot _produce_ it. So I'm forced to type either
"Volapu"k" or "Volapuek." I've gotten used to the German tradition of using
ae, oe, ue, so this is what I prefer.
