I have to admit a mistake as to my proclaming that the orthography in
Interlingua could not affect pronunciation. At least this is true for one
word: _traino_:
The IED has _traino_ =3D train. No pronunciation is given from which I
suppose that the desired pronunciation is ['traino]. But
Interlingua - traino
English - train ['trein]
=46rench - train [tr=E8~]
Italian - treno
Spanish - tren (afaik)
German - Zug
Russian - Pojezd (j =3D i kratoje and part of the letter _je_).

This might give reason to the allegation that _traino_ is an
Esperant-Idoism in Interlingua. Or at least one should have given the
pronunciation _treno_.
