Please, help me!

I'm a new conlang/auxlang lists member from Russia. I am really a fan
of an idea of IAL, but I think the huge quantity of IALs kills the
idea. The fact is I can't find any conlang/auxlang, that would suit me=85
First I came to Esperanto and started to learn it. Then I find out Ido,
which were more better than Esp-o, and seemed to me almost the ideal.
Then I found I-a, which seems to be better than Ido, but has
unnecessary completed grammar and no regularity. So then I learn about
Novial, Latino sin flexione, Latino Moderne, Occidental, Eurolang,
Lingua Franca Nova=85 with all theirs advan-tages and disadvantages=85
Well, you know, there's a tons of information in the Web about
different IALs (I've found tens of different conlang/auxlangs!), but=85
As it's absolutely impossible to learn all of them in order to find the
best, I ask, would someone of you can help me to find the lang I need?
I hope now I really find a beautiful, maximum natural and simple
conlang, which is really worth to learn seriously =85

Actually, for now I came to opinion, that main distinguishing features
of "my" conlang are as fol-lows:
1) Normal Latin alphabet of 26 letters without any diacritical signs,
as in Ido, I-a, Novial;
2) "natural" pronunciation of letters c, g, s, ex. [ca]=3D[ka], but
[ce]=3D[tse] or [se] (or even [che]), [osa] =3D [oza], avanta[ge]=3D[zh]; and
diphthongs, ex. ph=3Df, th=3Dt, anar[ch]ia=3D[k] etc., as in I-a;
3) sex: -a =96 feminine ending, -o =96 musc. ending., -e =96 neutral, as in
I-a, Novial;
4) plural: -s ending only!; as in I-a, Novial
5) one grammatical ending for one part of speech, as in Esp-o, Ido;
6) Vocabulary based on international words from Latin and Romance
langs, w/o a touch of other langs (Slavic, German, even English. The
mixture of roots from absolutely different national vo-cabularies, as
Romance and Slavic, German looks shocking and repulsive. Ex. Esp-o
words fraulo, shlosilo, halti, hundo, edzo (!!!), nepre, krom=85 Or
auxiliaries did, sal, tu etc. in Novial). Words must preserve
internationally acknowledged forms, as in I-a. The more vocabulary is,
the better!;
7) SIMPLE grammar (as in Esp-Ido): 3 tenses (past, present, future) +
conditional + imperative + infinitive. There must no be difficult
forms, as accusative and so on, and no grammatical endings a priori
(not as in Esp-Ido). No analytic tenses with auxiliaries, and no three
groups of verbs, as in I-a & Novial;
8) natural accenting, as in I-a: olympIco, mEdico, polItica,
revolUcion, repUblico etc.

As you probably see, ALL existing langs don't suit ALL these simple
rules! E.g. Esp-o: 1,2,3,4,6,7,8 (almost all!),  Ido: 2,3,4,6,7; I-a
IALA: 5, 7 (!!!); Novial: 5, 6, 7 (analytic tenses), and so on. As you
see, the main point is grammar (7): some IALs have difficult and
illogical grammar (I-a), some use analytic tenses (Novial), some =96 not
natural suffixes (Esp-Ido)! I don't believe, that no-one still cre-ated
a conlang WITHOUT ALL these disadvantages in grammar!!!

Well, it must be maximum "natural" conlang, but with SIMPLE grammar and
not using any not-natural suffixes and analytic tenses. Perhaps, it
would be lang with lexicon and rules of pronuncia-tion of I-a, but with
simple grammar system, alike Esp-o's or Ido's. Ex. inf. crear(e),
present crea, past creava, future creara, cond. creus(??), imperative
creez(??) =96 AND THAT'S ALL VERBAL FORMS! Plus one grammatical ending
for one part of speech, ex. noun =96o, -a, -e; adj. =96i (?), adv. =96menti
(?), verbs as above, pron. -u (?) etc.

Please, anybody who can tell something about such IAL or conlang (or at
least, the closest to it!!!), write me to [log in to unmask] (not to
e-groups!). You massages in English or Ido will be greatly
ap-preciated. Also write in Esperanto, Novial & Interlingua, but very
simple. Well, otherwise, I would have to create it by myself=85
